Q: What are your opening hours?

A: We are open Monday-Saturday from 9am to 5pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

 

Q: Do you deliver?

A: We deliver Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays.

 

Q: Do you charge for delivery?

A: Yes. Delivery charges are subject to the quantity ordered and location of delivery.

 

Q: If I buy an appliance will you take away the old one?

A: Yes, but this will incur a small charge.

 

Q: Do you do a design service?

Q: How long does my kitchen take to order?

A: Lead time for kitchen orders to delivery is between 5-8 weeks.

 

Q: Can I change my mind after my order?

A: Within the first week only.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept most major bank debit and credit cards, personal cheques, cash and BACS payments.

 

Q: If i buy my kitchen somewhere else will you be able to install it?

A: Yes, price subject to survey

 

Q: Are your fitters trained and qualified?

A: As a professional company we insist that all of our staff and fitters are trained to the highest standard in their chosen field. And have passed all necessary qualifications and undergo constant training.
